How Much Do
Dentures Cost?

Range of treatment options
to suit everyone

Clinical Dental Technicians offer a range of treatment options to suit everyone. Each CDT will aim to ensure that you understand the different types of dentures they offer. You can expect your treatment to be itemised as part of a written treatment plan.

How much can I expect my treatment to cost?

The cost of dentures varies depending on what kind of dentures you require and whether you have the treatment done privately or through the NHS. The cost of your dentures will vary from clinic to clinic and cannot be determined until the Clinical Dental Technician has given you an assessment.

A General Guide to Denture Costs

The cost of dentures can vary depending on several factors, including the type of denture you choose, the materials used, and the complexity of your treatment. Every patient is different, which is why I will carry out a full assessment and provide a treatment plan with clear explanations before treatment begins.

Complete dentures (sometimes called full dentures) are designed to replace all of the natural teeth in either the upper or lower jaw. Costs can differ depending on the techniques, the level of customisation, and the quality of materials used to achieve a natural look and comfortable fit.

Partial dentures are recommended when some natural teeth remain. Options include cobalt chrome dentures, acrylic dentures, or flexible dentures. The overall cost depends on how many teeth need replacing and the design required for stability, comfort, and appearance.

Implant-assisted dentures (also known as implant-supported or implant-retained dentures) are generally more of an investment than standard removable dentures. They use special precision attachments that connect securely to dental implants, giving excellent stability and restoring much of the function and confidence of natural teeth. As they involve durable, high-quality materials, the cost reflects the advanced nature of this treatment.

Because no two cases are the same, it isn’t possible to provide a single price for dentures online. I will discuss the most suitable options for you — whether you are looking for affordable dentures, private dentures in the UK, or the best denture solutions for comfort and appearance. You’ll then receive a personalised treatment plan with itemised costs, so you know exactly what to expect before you begin.

Factors affecting the
cost of dentures

The complexity and amount of treatment that needs to be carried out and the time involved will affect the cost of dentures, as will the quality of the materials used. The level of experience and techniques used by the Clinical Dental Technician carrying out the treatment will also have a bearing on the cost.
